Our Waste Management Services
Our Compactor Trailer Services
We provide this highly specialised service to specific clients, usually the local authority sector that operates static compactors at their waste transfer stations. They have a capacity of 90 cubic yards and a payload of up to 23 tonnes. All our vehicles and trailers are fitted with weigh loaders to ensure our clients can maximise the loads and reduce the risk of overloading the vehicle. Our Walking Floor Trailer Services
We take pride in offering fully comprehensive walking floor trailer services for the local authority and commercial sector and are aimed specifically at household waste and recycling centres (HWRC sites), waste transfer stations and recycling MRFs. With a capacity of 130 cubic yards and a payload of up to 25 tonnes, they are one of the largest trailers in the waste and recycling market offering excellent value for money to our customers as well as reducing our carbon footprint. Our Ejector Trailer Services
Our ejector trailer services are a useful addition for more demanding applications and abrasive materials. We provide ejector trailer services for the local authority and commercial sector and are aimed specifically at household waste and recycling centres (HWRC sites), waste transfer stations and recycling MRFs. They have a capacity of 110 cubic yards and a payload of up to 23 tonnes and are fitted with automatic sheeting systems to maximise safety. Our History
Established in Hornsey Rise, Crouch End, North London in 1975 by Joe Shorten, we began providing waste haulage services to Local Authorities and the commercial sector. Since its inception, the company has steadily grown from one 2nd hand 30-tonne Atkinson Defender 8-wheeler bulker purchased in 1975 to a modern fleet of 44-tonne Scania vehicles and trailers.
